I have not heard from Kate and am wondering if anyone would pass along a message to their own delegate to ask Kate to call home. She is an independent kid who I'm sure is having a great time.
I am so happy to hear from all of you who are posting to the blog. At least I know that all seems to be going well. Glad to hear that Emily is feeling better!

This is Diana's Mom. I have only heard from her in a quick Email, but as soon as she calls I will tell her to have Katie contact you.
Hi, Jessica just called. She said they are not allowed to use the phones in the hotel and unless they have a cell they can't call home. She said there are no pay phones. They were allowed to use the internet for a short time today. Hope you hear soon. I told her to pass the message along to Diana.
We heard from our daughter today, Courtney #11 who said she had made friends with Katie. We didnt see your post until now, so we will tell Courtney to remind Katie to call home. Our daughter did say that they were still having a great time, with the days very full of activities, including riding some sort of farm animal this afternoon! She also agreed that the food wasnt very good and comprised of mostly meat (Courtney is a near vegetarian), but once they settle into Dublin, Im sure the food selection will be better. We reminded her that is the local cultural food and to be polite and that she still might find some amazing dish later on that is not common here in the States.

Emily has not phoned since the hive incident either. Thanks for all the support you guys have given. I am going to head over to staples today and try to send a fax to dublin using the accomodation #'s. Emily was disappointed the last 2 trips that all the kids were getting faxes when they got to the hotel at night but I never sent one. Maybe you can try faxing Kate.
