Phone Cards

For those of you whose kids have phone cards, don't worry, you will hear from them at some point. Sammie had a phone card last year in Australia and the kids had some difficulty figuring them out and that is one reason why we didn't hear from them right away. The other reason is that there are limited phones in the lobbies of the places that they are staying AND sometimes there are several different delegations staying at the same location. She and the others finally figured out how to use them and then we got more frequent calls. So hang in there. As the leaders say, no news is good news.

More phone card info-We too purchased a (Sprint) phone card and they are not the easiest things to figure out. As a result, I created a cheat sheet for Dani (#22) - there is a different call number by country and in some countries the card is only accepted by certain types of phones.
